Current Projects/Case Studies

The following projects illustrate the principles and practices of how preservation and restoration of land and development will work cohesively, aesthetically, and environmentally.
Compaq Computer Corporation Corporate Headquarters
Houston, Texas
This natural campus-like setting was conceived and then maintained throughout development of the project. The design objective was to save every tree possible throughout the campus, enhancing the internal and external building views.
The Woodlands Business/Residential Planned Community
The Woodlands, Texas
This master planned business and residential community was designed to maximize a naturally forested setting. Murr Incorporated prepared and implemented an ongoing maintenance and seasonal color plan for the commerical sites and buildings in this indigenous environment.
Chicago Bridge and Iron
The Woodlands, Texas
A natural approach to this new commercial site, on the edge of an existing lake in The Woodlands was not new to this community. CB&I wanted their new facility to fit right into the site as if construction never happened.
